TERMS FOR WEBSHOP RETAIL CUSTOMERS (FOR TRADE T&C PLEASE CALL)

Please double check that the part you require matches the photo on our listing if one is supplied. Please be AWARE that solely relying on our description can lead to you ordering the wrong part especially when your vehicle is on or around a "changeover year" (facelift). If your vehicle falls into this category, parts for an earlier or later model may be required. If you need help please contact us.

Photos are for viewing purposes only. Bulbs, accessories or any fitting accessories do not come with the item unless stated. Colours can vary from picture. Finally do not rely only on the photo, check the description and any other information we have listed for this item matches with your vehicle details.

Delivery:

  1. Confirm the delivery address to which you would like your item(s) posted.
  2. It is vital that you provide us with a contact number so that if necessary we can contact you on day of delivery.
  3. The item(s) need to be signed for. Therefore someone will need to be at the delivery address you have confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is present to sign for the item.

Re-delivery charges may apply.

The following destinations incur an extra postage charge:
Northern Ireland, republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, The Scottish Highlands, and Aberdeen & Islands. For a quote on delivery to these destinations please contact us.

Returns:
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. The item can not be used, modified or damaged in any way. We will require you to arrange and pay for the return to us. Returns should be sent by recorded/tracked delivery. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we will refund the price paid for the item but not the carriage/postage. If the item(s) you return to us arrives damaged/or the box is visibly damaged we will have to refuse it and you will have to make a claim against your carrier. In this instance we cannot refund you.

We ADVISE items to be returned to be packaged well. As mentioned above an item that you return will not be refunded if the item is received to us damaged.

Damages:
Please refuse delivery if the packaging is damaged. If possible please call us while the delivery driver is present. Also take photos while driver is there and sign as "RETURNED DAMAGED"

Item damages must be reported within 24 hours, along with photographs of the damage.
